With Day of the Dragon VI right around the corner most of the July meeting was spent discussing the event.  There is a lot of information that was discussed and is in the works of being ironed out. 

 

Rhos will be autocrat with Carlos being his Deputy.  If there are any questions or comments you can reach Rhos at 574-551-1590, or Carlos at 574-453-2606 (home at anytime) or 574-551-4967 (cell phone before 4:00pm). 

 

Carlos is the Archery Marshall for the event.

Ragnar will be doing Feast.

Garrett and Mathew Zorn will be cooling breakfast both Saturday and Sunday. 

As of this moment we are still looking for a Thrown Weapons Marshall. 

If you are going to prepay for the event please send them to Louwanna. 

 

As of right now we have camping, sighting, fencing, archery, and thrown weapons. 

A & S classes will be announced at a later time. 

 

The site opens at noon of Friday the 16^th and closes at 5:00pm and Sunday the 18^th.

 

Jean Paul has updated the web page.  The web address is www.shireofdragonsvale.org

Give it a visit and see what has changed.  The newsletter will be posted on the web page as soon as it is finished each month.

 

For the purpose of making sure everyone gets a newsletter we need updated address.  If you were not at the last Business meeting please get a hold of Jean Paul or I.  Updated addresses will also be posted on the web site for the shire (this is only if you want it posted, and we have a signed release form from you to do so).

 

There was a mistake in the last newsletter as far as Offices.  Carlos is the Chatelaine.  Sorry for any inconveniences that this may have caused. 

 

It was suggested that I add a calendar to the newsletter.  I am currently looking for a format that I like, as soon as I find one I will start including into the newsletter.  If there are dates that you would like posted in the newsletter please let me know so I can get them posted.  The earlier the better so everyone has the dates.

 

The next business meeting is on September 25, at Suburban Acres.  It will start at 4:00 pm.  Hope to see all there.
