Welcome to the shire of dragon's vale

The Shire of Dragon's Vale is located in Warsaw, IN

and is a local branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA).

The SCA is an international, not-for-profit, educational organization living history group.

We study and re-create  the Middle Ages.

The SCA is divided into 19 major geographic regions called kingdoms.

Dragon's Vale is located in the Middle Kingdom which is the third oldest of all the kingdoms.

We host our own events which can include, but is not limited to,

heavy fighting, rapier and archery tournaments, feasts,

class sessions on period subjects, dancing and socializing

We also perform demonstrations on request  as long as we have the manpower to do so.

For more information about demonstrations

please contact the shire Chatelaine.

If you are interested in attending a local meeting or practice

please look on our Business Meeting page or

Activities page to see when and where we meet or

contact any of the shire officers.
